In the sweltering greenhouses of southern Spain, love quietly takes root. Iván, a transgender worker, and Hadoum, a newly arrived Moroccan laborer, form a bond that transcends cultural divides. Beneath the glass roof—both workplace and cage, a metaphor for identity and class—their love grows fragile yet intense. Iván must choose between a long-awaited promotion and true love. With a delicate touch, director Ian de la Rosa captures working-class life, desire, and struggle in suffocating heat. Premiering in the Berlin Film Festival’s Panorama section, the film won the Teddy Award for Best Feature Film.
